Summary

The Inheritance and Donations Tax, given its legal complexity and the obligation of its self -assessment, together with the changing regulations of the Andalusian community, arises as a need in the formation of jurists and advisors. In recent years, many changes have happened in Andalusia in relation to this tax. In addition, it is also necessary to know about the tax on patrimonial transmissions and documented legal acts, also imposed on the community.

Goals
