MF2146-3 Course Organization of Resources and Tajos in Construction Works

In the field of building and civil works, it is necessary to know the different fields of the control of the execution of building works, within the professional area of projects and follow -ups. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of resources and studs in construction works.

- Apply organization and supervision techniques of the implementation of construction works, adapting actions to the particular conditions of different types of works. - Apply techniques for the organization and supervision of the material means to be used in the work, both the construction materials and the machinery and tools, ensuring their storage according to the established criteria and the availability in the locations and moments in which they are demanded. - Determine the activities to be developed within its scope of competence derived from the quality and environmental management systems, both those of companies and those required in the work. - Manage relationships in the work environment, both with the personnel in charge and with the superiors and responsible and other agents of the work, applying communication, management and negotiation techniques. - Plan in the short term works in construction works, interpreting the general planning of the works, carrying out calculations of simple programs and proposing reasonable alternatives to the deviations and contingencies that occurred in the development of a certain pit.

He develops his activity in the execution area, as a salaried worker in small, medium and large private companies, under the direction and supervision of a production manager and/or a construction manager, or an manager -when he integrated into the organization chart as a foreman. Organize and supervise their own workers and the different subcontracts. Collaborates in risk prevention within its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF2146_3 Training Module Organization of Resources and Taxes in Construction Works, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of energy and water, more specifically those linked to the management of efficient water use, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge for the organization of resources and cuts in construction works.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
