Summary

With this course in the strategic direction of sports centers you will obtain the necessary knowledge within the area of the management in order to develop said function in the main sports centers, whether they are. That is why the course in the direction of sports entities prepares you to face the direction of a project in the field of sports in terms of organization, negotiation with customers and suppliers, sports management and even define the strategic profile of a company. The different stages of a sports installation will be addressed with the objective of improving the quality of the installation itself, as well as its sustainability.
