Summary
The implementation of a total quality management system as well as the application of corporate social responsibility policies, allows companies to acquire efficiency, efficiency and social commitment standards, which place it in an advantage position in the market with respect to competition. At the end of our Master in TQM, EFQM and RSC, you can carry out the design and implementation of quality management systems and the corresponding internal audit process. This Master aims to provide the student with the necessary training, to manage the quality department of a company, as well as to carry out the annual internal audits, drafting and maintenance of the quality documentary system. It provides the necessary information for the compression and implementation of the EFQM model and the foundations necessary to carry out CSR policies in all types of organizations.
