Summary

Trade union law and collective bargaining are two of the main tools offered by labor legislation in Spain to guarantee the protection of the worker and the fulfillment of their rights and obligations. Through the present course union right and collective negotiation, students are offered to specialize in one of the most important labor law.

Goals

Among the objectives of the union right course and collective negotiation we can highlight the following: - Identify the sources of labor law. - Present the current history and situation of trade unionism. - Analyze the right of freedom of association. - Know the representativeness of the unions. - Analyze the representation of workers in the company. - Define collective bargaining. - Study the collective agreement. - Analyze the collective conflict and the strike.
