Summary
Thanks to this ongoing triathlon physical trainer you can know firsthand the fundamental aspects of this sports discipline. When finished, the student will have knowledge about the functioning of the body in the physical activity, theory and practice of training, and programming of specific sessions for the triathlon, the participants will acquire essential skills to carry out effective and adapted training. This course also explores the concept of triathlon, its origin and proper planning of training for this discipline. All this will be studied at all times online, accompanied through the tutoring of a specialized teaching team.
