UF0151 Course Prevention of Professional Risk and Safety in the Assembly of Solar Facilities

The main objective of this course is to provide students with the knowledge necessary to carry out, under supervision, assembly, commissioning, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic solar facilities with the quality and productivity required, attending to current regulations for the prevention of occupational hazards and environmental management.

- Analyze the prevention and safety measures regarding the mechanical and electrical assembly of photovoltaic solar facilities contained in the safety plans of the companies of the sector - Identify and evaluate the professional risks present in the mechanical and electrical assembly of photovoltaic solar facilities. - Propose preventive and corrective measures to the risks detected including selection and adequate use of individual and collective protection equipment. - Identify the noise protection requirements derived from wind systems and conventional structure groups of isolated photovoltaic solar facilities. - Describe the requirements of the work areas and the procedures for their preparation, determining the corresponding specific labor risks and their corrective measures. - Specify the aspects of safety regulations related to mechanical and electrical assembly of photovoltaic solar facilities. - Describe the protocols for action in the face of possible emergencies arising during the mechanical assembly of photovoltaic solar facilities.

It develops its professional activity in small and medium enterprises, public or private, dedicated to carrying out the promotion, assembly, exploitation and maintenance of photovoltaic solar facilities for the production of electricity both in facilities connected to network and in isolated facilities with or without support system, developing functions such as:

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0151_Prevention of Professional Risks and Safety in the assembly of solar facilities, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who develop their professional activity in small and medium enterprises, public or private, dedicated to carrying out the promotion, assembly, exploitation or maintenance of photovoltaic solar facilities for the production of electricity that, for their job occupation or personal interest, intends to acquire the necessary knowledge to develop their function according to the current regulations for prevention of occupational hazards and environmental management.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
