Summary

In the field of agrarian, it is necessary to know the different fields of floral art and management of the activities of the florist, within the professional area. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the organization of human resources in Florist.

Goals

- Prepare a human resources organization plan in a florist analyzing the different departments, functions and works to be carried out. - Differentiate the departments and jobs of a florist and its functions within the company's organization chart. - List the control and resolution methods of incidents arising during florist activity. - Describe programming systems of work calendars, schedules and vacations of the flower staff. - Describe work distribution systems and tasks to staff based on your competence profile. - State the regulations regarding labor contracts, rights and obligations of workers and occupational risk prevention and environmental protection applicable to florist companies.

Professional exits

It develops its professional activity in the areas of creation and elaboration of compositions and ornamentations with flowers and plants, and of marketing and distribution, in florist and floral services companies of any size, both on their own and of others.
