Summary

At present, it is essential to know the concept of customer service, since in the working world any company requires establishing a relationship with people who are interested in the products and/or services of the company. In the field of administration and management it is necessary to know the different areas of the Administration and Audit, therefore, this Customer Service Course in the commercial process is aimed at knowing the process to carry out the administrative procedures of the commercial process.

Goals

- Apply commercial communication techniques in sale operations, through the different marketing channels, attending to criteria for the quality of customer service. - Carry out the processes of collection, channeling and/or resolution of claims, and monitoring of customers in post -sales services.

Professional exits

This professional exercises his activity in the area of administration, human resources, accounting or financial, of any company, both public and private, performing the functions at the request of a superior person who, depending on the degree of development of the same, can be a single person or the person responsible for each of the departments - commercial, treasury, accounting, human resources - or those people in which they delegate. You can also develop your activity in labor advice, managers and/or consulting companies or services, as well as entities of the financial and insurance sector.

To prepare you

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF0349 Formative Unit Customer Service in the commercial process, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
