This course prepares you to efficiently manage human resources in audiovisual production, addressing the regulation of labor relations in the sector, the selection process and hiring of personnel. You will acquire skills to identify and solve equipment problems, improve communication and optimize staff performance. It is important to mention that this complementary training does not enable for professional practice. This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF0359 training unit: Management of Human Resources for audiovisual production certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
Who is it addressed to?
The human resources management course for audiovisual production is aimed at professionals and graduates of the audiovisual sector interested in improving their skills in regulating labor relations, personnel selection and contracting processes. This course does not enable for professional practice, but complements and expands existing knowledge.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
