UF0458 Course assembly and repair of electrical and electronic systems of equipment and industrial machines

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the assembly and implementation of equipment and industrial machinery. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the assembly and repair of electrical and electronic systems of equipment and industrial machines.

- Analyze the operation and constitution of the electrical facilities applied to equipment and industrial machinery, based on their technical documentation. - Measure the fundamental physical magnitudes of electrical, electronic circuits, of the materials used in them, using the specific instruments for each case, acting under personal safety standards. - Diagnose faults or anomalies located in mechanisms, electrical and electronic circuits of equipment, industrial machinery and materials used in them, identifying the nature of the breakdown or anomaly, acting under personal safety standards. - Assemble/disassemble circuits and electrical and electronic facilities of equipment and industrial machinery, based on its technical documentation, applying the electrotechnical regulations and acting under personal and environmental safety standards. - Execute maintenance operations in equipment and industrial machinery, acting under rules of occupational and environmental risk prevention.

It develops its activity in the areas of assembly and installation of machinery and industrial equipment. You can also develop the activity in the Technical Assistance Services (SAT) of equipment manufacturing companies and tools. In medium and large companies, it usually depends on a superior technician and can have a group of operators under their responsibility.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0458 assembly and repair of electrical and electronic systems of equipment and industrial machines certifying having exceeded the different units of competition included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professional respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of mechanical manufacturing and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the assembly and repair of electrical and electronic systems of equipment and industrial machines.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
