UF0922 Course Cost Management and Road Transport Service

Both cost management and the quality of the service in road transport are important aspects to consider to understand the framework of transport companies, without this understanding, we will hardly understand how to form a transport -oriented company with its environment. Therefore, this course provides extensive knowledge for the optimal development and control of both what concerns quality in transport sector and to the management of the company itself.

- Analyze the exploitation costs of the transport services of merchandise by road, and those related to the associated logistics operations for the optimization and quality of the service. - Determine the characteristics and variables for the implementation of quality systems and continuous improvement of the road and logistics transport service. - Calculate indicators and time standards for improving the quality of the transport service and the optimization of times and human and technical resources. - Apply systems for quality management and control in the provision of transport services and the different techniques for the traceability of shipments and operations.

Transport of travelers and land goods. Auxiliary transport activities, travel or transport agencies, traffic, distributors. Industrial and commercial companies: transport management activities.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0922 Cost management and quality of the road transport service, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls They are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of trade and marketing, specifically in the traffic of Mercarías by road, within the professional area of commercial logistics and transport management interested in acquiring knowledge related to everything concerning cost management and quality of the road transport service.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
