Summary
In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different risks and dangers to which working people are exposed, in order to prevent them, thus, the main objective of this course is to facilitate students the knowledge necessary to carry out the work of abrasion, electroerosion and special procedures achieving quality criteria, in safety conditions and complying with the current regulations in a matter of prevention of occupational hazards and environmental management. In addition, the training established in this training unit guarantees the level of knowledge necessary to obtain the authorization for the performance of the functions of prevention of Occupational Risk Basic level, according to Annex IV of the Regulation of Prevention Services, approved by Royal Decree 39/1997, of January 17.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1011 training unit prevention of occupational and environmental risk in the machining by electroerosion abrasion and special procedures, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which will opt for the corresponding certificate of the corresponding certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
