Summary

In the field of food industry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the extraction of oils and seeds, within the professional area of the food industry. Thus, with this course, it intends to provide necessary knowledge to obtain seed oils and other raw materials. In this course it is about the extraction of oilseed seed oils, extraction of oil from oilseed fruits, extraction of animal oils, cleaning of the area and the extraction and refining machines, auxiliary facilities in the extraction plant, first level maintenance and safety precautions in these machines and equipment and correction of more frequent anomalies. It also provides us with deep and uniform knowledge about the extraction of seed oil.

Goals
