UF1123 Mechanical MANUFACTURE PROCESSES AND USERS

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of production in machining, formed and mechanical assembly, within the professional area mechanical production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for processes and machining processes in mechanical manufacturing.

- Analyze the technical information related to the product to be mechanized, determining the material, departure dimensions, machines, machines and means necessary. - Establish the machining processes, ordering operations according to the productive sequence, relating each operation to the machines, the means of production, the controls of control and verification of parts. - Distribute the facilities of the mechanized machinery according to the process documentation. - Organize and update the technical documentation of the development of the machining process.

It develops its activity in the field of management of large, medium and small businesses linked to mechanical manufacturing, depending on higher and medium -sized levels.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1123 training unit and mechanical manufacturing processes certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in production in machining, formed and mechanical assembly, within the professional area mechanical production, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the processes and processes of machining in mechanical manufacturing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
