UF1127 Course, evolution and incidents in mechanical manufacturing production

In the field of mechanical manufacturing, it is necessary to know the different fields of registration, evolution and incidents in mechanical manufacturing production, within the professional area of ​​mechanical production. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to program and control the production in mechanical manufacturing, to ensure its adjustment with the production objectives and manufacturing orders, determining the lots that must be manufactured and the beginning of its production, guaranteeing the supply of raw materials and semi-elaborated products in the lines and manufacturing positions, complying with the criteria of quality, safety and protection of the established environment.

- Interpret a leaf of mechanical manufacturing processes (stages, phases, operations, operating sketches, control instruments, cutting parameters ...) registering and controlling its evolution. - Interpret and prepare reports for the monitoring and control of manufacturing - Analyze the criteria that influence the monitoring and control of mechanical manufacturing and how to correct their possible deviations from the production program. - Adopt the necessary measures to correct deviations in a previously established production program.

It develops its activity in the field of management of large, medium and small businesses linked to mechanical manufacturing, depending on higher and medium -sized levels.

This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1127 Registration, evolution and incidents in mechanical manufacturing production. Certifying having exceeded the different units of competence included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of mechanical manufacturing, specifically in production management in mechanical manufacturing, within the professional area of mechanical production, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the registration, evolution and incidents in production in mechanical manufacturing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
