UF1130 Course Management of thermal facilities

In the field of installation and maintenance, it is necessary to know the different fields of the planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of refrigeration facilities, within the professional area of cold and air conditioning. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management of the assembly of thermal facilities.

- Analyze the technical documentation regarding the general plan of the work and the thermal installation assembly plan, determining the stages and tasks to be performed, the human and material resources to be used, and the normative provisions applicable to the specific assembly. - Assign work and tasks so that it allows optimizing human and material resources, according to the programmed objectives. - Manage the supply of the materials and equipment that entails the assembly of the thermal installation, including rents of goods and services. - Monitor the real assembly costs of the installation, determining the work units and the amounts used, applying established unit prices. - Monitor the assembly of the installation, applying the techniques of optimization of the resources and communicating the corrective actions.

This technician is integrated into public or private companies dedicated to the assembly and/or maintenance of refrigeration facilities. The qualification is located in the areas of assembly, definition and planning of the maintenance of refrigerator facilities, responding to the possible requirements contemplated in the regulations for obtaining the corresponding professional cards.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1130 Training Unit Management of thermal facilities, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of installation and maintenance, specifically in the planning, management and realization of the maintenance and supervision of the assembly of refrigerators, within the cold professional and air conditioning, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management of the assembly of thermal facilities.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
