UF1160 course and instruments for production and services of pharmaceutical and related plants

Within the world of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the manufacture of pharmaceutical and related products within the professional area of the pharmochemistry. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge about equipment and instruments of production and services of pharmaceutical and related plants

- Analyze the environmental, structural and hygienic needs that pharmaceutical and related plants must meet, related to the prescribed quality conditions of the products. - Describe the operation of pressure and vacuum production equipment, relating the function they perform in the different production areas with the characteristics of the equipment. - Analyze water purification equipment and devices, used in the production of pharmaceutical and related products, relating them to the needs of the production process. - Evaluate the necessary air characteristics for air conditioning of areas or premises and relate them to the needs for the production of sterile. - Analyze the operation of the generation and exchange equipment and explain their relationship and integration during the phases of the pharmaceutical and related products process. - Explain the main transport, distribution and recovery techniques of energy and other auxiliary services.

This professional will exercise his activity in pharmaceutical and related companies where he will develop his work in the area of production of pharmaceutical and related forms such as cosmetics, perfumes, dietary products, herbalist, special foods and drugstore.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1160 training unit and instruments of production and services of pharmaceutical and related plants, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in the manufacture of pharmaceutical and related products, within the professional area of the pharmaquimica and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the equipment and instruments of production and services of pharmaceutical and related plants.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
