UF1445 Course: realization of the necessary interventions for the maintenance of electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes

In the field of electricity and electronics, it is necessary to know the different fields of the management and maintenance of electrical installations in the buildings environment, within the professional area of electrical installations. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to supervise the maintenance processes of electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes

- Analyze the points susceptible to faults in building facilities and for special purposes, applying normalized procedures under safety conditions. - Diagnose the points susceptible to faults in building facilities and for special purposes, applying normalized procedures under safety conditions. - Locate breakdowns or dysfunctions in electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes. - Repair breakdowns or dysfunctions previously diagnosed in electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes, using procedures, means and tools in safety conditions. - Perform predictive/preventive maintenance of electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes, to ensure the operation and conservation of the same, according to the objectives scheduled in the maintenance plan and the application regulations. - Relate individual and collective security means and equipment used in the maintenance of electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes, with the risk factors that may occur in them. - Carry out and supervise the functional tests of security and commissioning, based on current regulations and according to the technical documentation. - Relate individual and collective security media and equipment used in the maintenance of housing buildings, offices and commercial premises, with the risk factors that may occur in them.

It develops its professional activity in micro, small, medium and large companies mostly private, on its own or foreign account, in the areas of assembly and maintenance of low voltage electrical installations (BT) of indoor, in housing buildings, offices, commercial and industrial, the activity being regulated mainly by the low voltage electrotechnical regulation.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1183_3 Training module of the maintenance processes of the electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which it will opt for the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through of the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of electricity and electronics, specifically in management and supervision of the assembly and maintenance of electrical installations in the buildings environment, within the professional area of electrical installations, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to supervise the maintenance processes of electrical installations in the buildings environment and for special purposes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
