UF1480 Corrective maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical-electronic systems of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment

The constant use that elevators receive gives rise to continuous pneumatic-hydraulic breakdowns that must be solved by trying to avoid their repetition. For this, a qualified person is necessary in this type of incidents, who knows how to diagnose the faults and put a solution using the necessary instruments and equipment.

- Diagnose breakdowns in the hydraulic and tire mechanisms and circuits of elevators and fixed elevation and transport equipment, identifying their nature and applying the most appropriate techniques. - Perform maintenance operations of the electrical installations of elevators and fixed elevation and transport equipment, which involve replacement of elements, selecting the procedures and with the required safety. -Diagnose breakdowns in electrical-electronic facilities (power, electrical-electronic automatisms) of fixed elevation and transport elevators and equipment, acting under personal safety standards and the materials used. - Interpret plans and technical documentation of mechanical elements and systems, electrical-electronic, tire and hydraulic circuits of elevators and fixed equipment and transport equipment.

It develops its professional activity in the areas of installation and maintenance of small, medium and large companies, public and private, both on their own and foreign, dedicated to the manufacture, installation and maintenance of fixed equipment and systems of elevation and transport of people and loads.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1480 Corrective maintenance of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical-electronic systems of elevators and other fixed elevation and transport equipment certifying having overcome the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non-formal training experience. of the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

The course is addressed to those people who work or wish to work in the field of repair of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical-electronic breakdowns of elevators, who have expectations to learn issues related to their performance, operation, machinery and possible mechanical failures. It is also aimed at those who want to expand their professional knowledge and notions in some specific aspect of it or that are interested in this subject.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
