UF1532 Course Manufacture of wet foods for animals

In the field of food industries it is necessary to know the different fields of the elaboration of products for animal feed within the professional area of diverse foods, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the manufacture of wet foods for animals.

- Perform first level cleaning and maintenance operations of the machinery, facilities and equipment in the areas of preparation of wet products for animal feed, taking into account the rules of accident prevention and environment conservation. - Perform meat conditioning procedures, fish, animal by -products and other raw materials taking into account their nature. - Perform, according to the formulation and established technical specifications, the dosage and mixing of raw materials, used in animal feed products, achieving the quality required in hygiene and safety conditions. - Perform transformation and texturing treatments in wet materials used in obtaining products for animal feed.

It develops its activity in establishments of small family type size, medium -sized establishments with a cooperative nature, oriented to local self -consumption, large cooperatives, large national and international companies where a wide range of products and brands is manufactured to animal feed. In general, they are of others who exercise their activity individually or as a team, under the orders of a higher level technician and in some cases, in small family businesses as self -employed. They develop their activity in the functional areas of: reception, equipment preparation, conditioning of raw materials, dosage, mixing, transformation, conditioning and issuance of the final product.

This formation conforms to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1532 Manufacture of wet foods for animals. Certifying having exceeded the different units of competence included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023 It develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of food industries specifically in the elaboration of products for animal feed within the professional area diverse foods and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the manufacture of wet foods for animals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
