UF1612 Maintenance and repair course for hydraulic drive systems of equipment, tools and implements of special vehicles

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of the maintenance of filming systems and transmission of agricultural machinery, extractive industries and building and civil works, their equipment and tools, within the electromechanical professional area of vehicles. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to assemble and maintain the systems for driving equipment and tools of agricultural machinery, extractive industries and building and civil works.

- Know and verify the functionality of the hydraulic drive systems of the equipment, implements and implements of the special vehicles, using the appropriate means to perform the operations - Perform the diagnosis of breakdowns in the hydraulic circuit of the equipment drive systems, tools and implements and proceed to their repair using the appropriate means and ulies, thus guaranteeing the operability of the system. - Perform the assembly and maintenance tasks of the hydraulic drive systems of the equipment, tools and implements of the special vehicles, using the technical documentation offered by the manufacturer and the specific tools and tools for said realization

This professional exercises its activity mainly in small, medium and large companies, both public and private, manufacturing, optional transformations and maintenance of agricultural machinery, extractive and building industries and civil works.

This formation adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1612 Maintenance and repair of the hydraulic drive systems of the equipment, implements and implements of the special vehicles, belonging to the MF0851_2 training module Aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the ordering of the System of Vocational Training and establishes a permanent procedure for the Accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This set of didactic materials is adjusted to what is stated in the learning itinerary belonging to the UF1612 training unit Maintenance and repair of the hydraulic drive systems of the equipment, tools and implements of the special vehicles, belonging to the MF0851_2 Training Module RD 1539/2011, of October 31, which will allow students to acquire the professional skills necessary to define the Enlightenment project.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
