UF1771 Local Equipment and Systems Operation Course of a Hydroelectric Plant

In the field of the world of energy and water it is necessary to know the different fields of operation of the operation in hydroelectric plants, within the professional area of electricity. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the local operation and systems of a hydroelectric power plant.

- Identify the different systems involved in the operation of hydroelectric plants, their technical characteristics, functions, relevant operation parameters and associated regulations or regulations, in relation to the operating plan, defining the aspects. - Identify the different elements related to the dam systems, reservoir and water supply, locate their site from the documentation and determine the operation activities carried out on them. - Apply local operating techniques of the systems, equipment and instruments of hydroelectric plants during normal operation and in the start and stop processes. - Locate the system, equipment or instrument on which it must be operated from the interpretation of the information provided.

It develops its professional activity in the area or department of production of companies of any size, public and private, mainly on their own, related to the electricity generation by means of hydroelectric plants, depending functionally on a superior and being able to be under their personal level of lower level, being able to cover a maintenance operator, of technical control of the hydroelectric plant.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF1771 Local Operation and Systems of a Hydroelectric Power Plant, certifying having exceeded the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of energy and water, specifically in the management of the operation of electrical plants within the professional area of electricity, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the local operation and systems of a hydroelectric power plant.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
