Summary
It is important to carry out the installation, configuration and administration processes in business resources planning systems and customer relationship management (ERP-CRM systems: Enterprise Resource Planning-Customer Relationship Management), making the necessary adjustments through the programming of software components, following design specifications, in order to support the business rules of the organization, and ensuring its operation within the organization organizational parameters of the company.
