UF1923 Marketing and Real Estate Promotion Course

At present, real estate commercial management within the professional area of sale, need personnel with adequate capabilities to successfully carry out real estate marketing, deepening aspects such as marketing and real estate promotion.

- Carry out the promotion of the real estate portfolio, using real estate promotion techniques and customer relations management, in order to guarantee its dissemination in a coordinated manner with the established sales plan. - Identify the needs and availability of the purchase or rental of customers-demanding according to the profile and socio-economic characteristics of the same to adapt the offer or portfolio of available properties and record their needs. - Inform the offer or portfolio of properties available and adapted to customers-demanding, applying custom care and communication techniques, in order to specify the conditions of the real estate intermediation operation. - Attending and resolving within the framework of their responsibility, complaints and claims filed by customers according to the criteria and procedures established by the organization respecting the current consumer protection regulations. - Perform the monitoring and control of the operations to maintain the quality in the provision of the continuous intermediation and update service of the commercial management system of real estate.

It develops its professional activity, on its own or foreign account, in direct contact with the client or through information and communication technologies, in real estate agencies and construction companies and real estate promoters of the public and private sphere.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF1923 Training Unit Marketing and Real Estate Promotion, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who work in the sale sector within the professional area of commerce and marketing and wish to acquire competences within the field of real estate management more specifically of marketing and real estate promotion. It is also aimed at people who wish to deepen about marketing and real estate promotion, real estate personal sale and online sale.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
