UF2279 photomechanical techniques course to obtain photolitos

In the field of graphic arts, it is necessary to know the different fields of artistic screen printing, within the professional area artistic graphic activities and techniques. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to perform typones and photoliths for artistic screen printing.

- Assess the different photomechanical techniques to obtain photoliths identifying their characteristics and applicability in artistic screen printing processes. - Apply analog photomechanical techniques for the realization of photoliths from the images given taking into account the optimal adaptation to the original, using the most appropriate reproduction equipment. - Apply procedures for digitalization and image treatment to obtain photolites with the specific quality, adapting them to the needs of serigraphic stamping given, through specific computer applications. - Obtain photolites to insolve screenwinning screens, under the technical conditions required, using the output peripherals appropriate to the needs of artistic stamping.

It develops its professional activity in graphic arts companies with artistic screen printing departments. Artistic stamping workshops. Public or private companies. In small and medium enterprises. Normally he works on his own, when he works on behalf of his own, he integrates into a work team where he develops tasks related to artistic, individual and group screen printing, depending in this case of the artist.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2279 photomechanical techniques for obtaining photoliths, belonging to the MF2101_2 training module It will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of graphic arts, specifically in artistic screen printing, within the professional area artistic graphic activities and techniques, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge necessary to perform typones and photoliths for artistic screen printing.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
