Summary

In the field of sociocultural and community services, it is necessary to know the different fields of promotion for the effective equality of women and men, within the professional area training and education. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for analysis and actions in different intervention contexts (health and sexuality, education, leisure, sport, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and urban planning and time management).

Goals

- Analyze the factors that affect the quality of life of citizens (economic, educational, health, proximity services, occupational, sports, infrastructure, among others), from the gender perspective, establishing the way of detecting and analyzing them. - Analyze services, resources and actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, such as health, education, leisure, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management, explaining how to detect them in an intervention environment to be able to mediate and offer them to citizens. - Establish an information and awareness process on unpaid work in the domestic sphere that allows to recognize and make visible the value of life care (hygiene, food, coat, emotional, psychic and sexual care, among others). - Determine processes of identification, analysis, implementation and assessment of projects for the effective equality of women and men, in areas such as health, education, leisure, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and time management, recognizing the concrete tasks of this professional person in it.

Professional opportunities

It develops its professional activity on behalf of others in the public and private sphere, in collaboration with the intervention team and from the direct supervision of the competent person of higher level. Likewise, it detects situations of inequality and the needs derived from it, organizing and transferring the relevant information in the subject of their specialty, both to the reference population and to higher level professionals, to promote and guide actions in the field of effective equality of women and men, and prevent discrimination of the female population. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

To prepare you

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF2687 Formative Unit Analysis and actions in different intervention contexts (health and sexuality, education, leisure, sport, conciliation of personal, family and work life, mobility and urban planning and time management), certifying having exceeded the different competition units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience Formal, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
