The alert and linking dogs training course with auditory disabilities prepares you to train dogs that attend people with hearing impairment, both in controlled environments and in public access. You will learn to teach dogs to identify and alert about specific sounds, improving the independence and safety of their users. In addition, you will acquire skills to promote effective link between the dog and the person. This course is of complementary training and does not enable for professional practice. This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF2692 Training of alert dogs and linking with people with hearing impairment, belonging to the MF2018_3 training module. Formal, via which will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
