Summary

In the field of transport and maintenance of vehicles, it is necessary to know the different fields of passenger assistance, crews, aircraft and merchandise in airports, within the aeronautical professional area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the attention and management of passenger claims.

Goals

- Define the regulatory regulations in case of claims. - Explain the main incidents that may arise to passengers prior to the exit of a flight. - Describe the use of computer search management systems. - Describe the proceedings of action established for the treatment of deferred, deteriorated, found in room and others.
