Summary
This course in the elaboration of diets / diet therapy offers you a formation aimed at offering an approach to the bases of dietary and nutrition, applying them to the scope of diet therapy, training the student to elaborate diets in the different physiological states of the person.

The present course in elaboration of diets / diet therapy aims to provide a wide vision of what human nutrition is, demystifying dietary as a simple food regime and providing the necessary and up -to -date knowledge about elaboration of food plans, nutritional education and food in different stages of life. Therefore, the training program will help dispose of the necessary skills to elaborate and/or supervise the food that people receive in the different physiological state, as well as to offer the necessary knowledge for those who wish to receive specific training in dietary and nutrition applied to diet therapy in order to perfect their professional dedication, while guaranteeing the good nutritional status of people.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
