This course prepares you to effectively understand and manage cultural diversity in the school environment, addressing conflict situations and promoting inclusion. You will learn to identify and mediate in intercultural conflicts, using community mediation tools. In addition, you will train to prevent and act in front of the school cyberbullying, applying intervention and internet security strategies, promoting a safe and respectful environment in the educational field.

This course is aimed at teachers, counselors, psychopedagogues and other professionals in the educational field that seek to improve their skills in intercultural mediation and cybercover prevention. Participants will learn about the migratory phenomenon, conflict resolution and the role of new technologies, being a valuable tool to promote coexistence in school environments.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
