Summary
Knowing the rules of the game is a basic issue in any sector. On criminal, the rules of the game are marked by criminal law and criminal procedural law. Thus, the Criminal Procedure Law advances that no penalty will be imposed due to punishable acts whose repression breaches the ordinary jurisdiction, but in accordance with the provisions of the Code, the special laws and by virtue of sentence issued by the competent judge. Thus knowing criminal law and criminal procedural is an essential issue.
