Upper University Course in General Budget Law (University degree + 4 ECTS credits)

Budget law is the set of legal norms and principles that regulate the preparation, approval, execution and control of the State Budget and other public entities. This set of norms and principles are included in the legal document of reference for the regulation of financial functioning of the state public sector, whose emergence dates back to the need to improve and expand current regulations, that is, in the General Budget Law. To know the scope and the organization of the Public Treasury, taking into account the prerogatives of this is some of the essential aspects that can be known with this course of the General Budget Law, which gives us the key to the control and establishment of the General State Budgets.

The General Budget Law course is designed for the training and in -depth knowledge of the legal text that regulates that budgetary operation of the state public sector, taking into account the control that the State exerts on collaborating entities and beneficiaries of subsidies and grants granted by the subjects of the state public sector, and those financed from community funds.

This General Budget Law course is aimed at those professionals in the Legal Branch or Business Administration, who are working in a public budgetary control department and wish to know the financial functioning of the state public sector, taking into account the application and organization of the Public Treasury.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
