Viverista course

The tasks related to the care, maintenance and general management of a nursery require a series of knowledge about planting, collection or care of facilities among others, highly valued in this professional field. Through the present course of Viverista, students are offered the appropriate training to develop a work career in a nursery, and more specifically carrying out all tasks related to the planting and transplantation of horticultural crops and cut flowers, the collection, storage and transport of flowers and vegetables or the maintenance of the facilities, their conditioning, cleaning and disinfection.

Among the objectives of the Viverista course, the following include: - Perform the previous work of improvement and installation of infrastructure in a horticultural or cut flower exploitation, depending on the technical planning. - Prepare the soils or substrates for planting and/or transplantation using the appropriate technical means for their correct implementation. - Perform the necessary planting and/or transplantation of the crops, following the prescribed specifications, with the appropriate technical means. - Collect the flowers and vegetables properly to maintain their quality. - Transport and make storage using the appropriate equipment. - Carry out the installation and maintenance of crop protection and forced systems, applying occupational risk prevention measures. - Perform the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, with the appropriate techniques and the required skill, to ensure optimal plants development. - Condition the premises and agricultural facilities to ensure the correct conditions of use of them.

Viverista

Through the viverist's course you can acquire all the knowledge related to the planting and transplantation of horticultural crops and cut flowers, the collection, storage and transport of flowers and vegetables or the maintenance of the facilities, their conditioning, cleaning and disinfection, thanks to which you can work in a nursery.

This Viverista course is addressed to agricultural professionals, specifically in the area of horticulture and floriculture, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the functions to be carried out in the daily management of a nursery, specializing in tasks such as planting, collection or care of facilities among others.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
