Summary
People are the true growth engine of companies, so more and more, they are subject to concern from the point of view of organization and business management. This has caused that interest in the efficient organization and management methods of work, at the same time for the well -being and development of the skills and talent of the people who make up companies. We offer you specific training in one of the most important areas, related to the management of the human capital of the company, the basic principles of work psychology, covering from the new framework of organizational context development, to the configuration models of productive and healthy companies, without forgetting the main protagonists: workers.

The present training action aims to provide the student with comprehensive training, regarding the main psychological factors that are related to work, as we conceive in our time. Other organizational aspects and their main management mechanisms, such as the exercise of power and leadership, communicative and decision -making processes or the possibilities of development of productive and healthy organizations.
Who is it addressed to?
This training action is especially aimed at company managers, directors and technicians of HR, responsible for departments of management systems (PRL, quality and environment), personnel with command responsibility, team coordinators, owners of productive or professional processes that develop their work in work environments of a certain organizational complexity.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
