Summary

Sociocultural animation as an alternative for cultural work can become a mechanism that contributes to stimulate creativity, participation, group cohesion and the satisfaction of people's cultural needs. This course offers specialized training to exercise as an animator-social monitor highlighting the importance of programming and design of this type of workshops and activities, in addition this course wants to offer teachers and teachers the fundamental technical and procedural tools to design and carry out socio-educational intervention projects in this area.

Goals

- Program and design workshops and cultural activities within the framework of establishments for tourism and recreational animation activities, identifying and relating the cultural resources present in different environments with their possibilities of incorporation into tourist and recreational animation programs. - Select and organize the material resources and spaces to carry out cultural and recreational activities, according to the characteristics and needs of the participants and the objectives proposed in the project or program. - Direct and energize workshops and cultural activities within the framework of tourist and recreational activities establishments, in the terms provided in their programming and solving the incidents that may arise - evaluate the development of the workshops and cultural activities within the framework of establishments of tourist and recreational activities and their results, to know the level of satisfaction of the participants and the degree of fulfillment of the planned objectives. - Participate in the design of socio-cultural activities, the campaigns to promote activities, the coordination of work and supervision of the activities carried out. - Acquire all knowledge, procedures and attitudes to work as a sociocultural monitor-aimer.

This course of workshops and cultural activities in tourist and recreational animation is aimed at the professionals of the world of physical and sports activities and leisure and free time, specifically in sociocultural animation, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to workshops and cultural activities for tourist and recreational animation and leisure and free time.
