- Program and design workshops and cultural activities within the framework of establishments for tourism and recreational animation activities, identifying and relating the cultural resources present in different environments with their possibilities of incorporation into tourist and recreational animation programs. - Select and organize the material resources and spaces to carry out cultural and recreational activities, according to the characteristics and needs of the participants and the objectives proposed in the project or program. - Direct and energize workshops and cultural activities within the framework of tourist and recreational activities establishments, in the terms provided in their programming and solving the incidents that may arise - evaluate the development of the workshops and cultural activities within the framework of establishments of tourist and recreational activities and their results, to know the level of satisfaction of the participants and the degree of fulfillment of the planned objectives. - Make an approach to the key concepts related to child development, making special emphasis on the theories that support it, its general characteristics, dimensions, needs, etc. - Acquire knowledge about the distribution, decoration and conditioning of the classroom to facilitate the sensory learning of children. - Know what games and workshops consist of, how they are used and how they should be developed. - Know the different types of activities, games and workshops that are used during childhood education for different areas of knowledge.
