Summary
The Zen Shiatsu is a discipline derived from the Shiatsu, which is mainly based on the application of soft pressures, manipulations and stretching with the aim of harmonizing the energy flow of the organism, trying to relieve accumulated tensions in order to achieve a balance between the physical, emotional and spiritual planes.

The present course of Zen Shiatsu is aimed at both MTC professionals and alternative therapies that want to specialize in Zen Shiatsu, and any other person who, due to labor or personal issues, want to train in the field, whether or not health professionals.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
